The hotel is within the downtown area but on the periphery so it is both convenient and quiet. It was spotlessly clean, the bed & pillows were so comfortable. The breakfast was wonderful and the staff were friendly and efficient.

I was very pleased with my choice of nights at this hotel. Its location is excellent, less than 10 minutes' walk from the station, the old town and the sea. The room was spacious, clean, equipped with everything necessary for a four-star hotel. Comfy big bed, nice light and clean and well stocked bathroom. Daily refill of coffee capsules and water compliments of the hotel. The restaurant was clean and welcoming and offered a good breakfast. I really liked the black and white photos that adorn the walls of the corridors in the hotel and restaurant. Last but not least, I want to say that I am very impressed with the reception and restaurant staff. Smiling people who always say hello even when passing by. I recommend and will come back here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Patio des Artistes hotel. The location of the hotel is very convenient, just a couple of blocks behind the Croisette. The rooms are convenient and the beds are good. As during our previous stays, what made our stay truly enjoyable is the friendliness and helpfulness of all the hotel staff, from the front desk, to the breakfast area, to the cleaners.

Location is amazing for walking everywhere. Beach, station, markets, old town, shops, restaurants, supermarket. Mini bar so useful to be able to use for rosé and snacks to enjoy in the amazing terrace or courtyard. Love the luxury extras - Nuxe toilettries for eg - safe, hairdryer, black out curtains. Roof terrace with sufficient amount of beds is a great perk for the price especially in August when a beach bed can cost 50 EUR so you can enjoy public beach in the morning, come back and freshen up in your own room and then enjoy the solarium. Also great wifi, UK tv channels etc, coffee capsules replenished each day. Great service. Also allowed me to shower before my later flight so that I could enjoy my full last day. Arrived late and so many great Uber eats options recommended by the concierge to come to the hotel - really relaxed service to allow for that.

The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to all major attractions. It was clean, comfortable with a spacious air conditioned room and outside courtyard. The breakfast buffet was adequate ans the staff very helpful. Another plus was the parking for $18 a day. Overall a great stay in Cannes.

rooms are spacious, recently modernized with wide variety of equipment (from slippers to ironing station and coffee machine). bathroom is large and good, beds are also large and very comfortable location in city is excellent for shopping (rue d'antibes next to it) and restaurants. beach and sightseeing highlights are in walking distance. parking in nearby garage lamy very easy

The room is nice, the beds and mattresses are very comfortable, the bathroom is spacious with a good shower. It's nice that there are robes and slippers.
